Saltwater Films

Visual Identity for Saltwater Films, a creative production company based in Germany. The name already carried the idea: saltwater connects continents, and salt itself speaks of character, value, and essence. This was taken as the foundation of the identity, drawing inspiration from both the sea and the screen: the washed-out counter shapes of the logotype and the typographic horizon lines reference the ocean, while the oversized numerals and recording symbols nod to the language of film.
