Depicting Recent Memories Book

Book design for Depicting Recent Memories, an ode to the DRM crew and their place in Berlin’s subcultural heritage. Photographed by Edward Nightingale between 2016 and 2020 in the Berlin subway, the 320-page artbook documents underground action and trainwriting culture, deliberately elevated to reframe and honor it. The book is wrapped in a transparent sleeve printed in silver with the pattern of a subway security barrier, enclosing the blue cover beneath.
